Dr. Vance Alm is an MDVIP-affiliated family physician. This model allows him to maintain a smaller patient panel and dedicate more time to personalized care, preventive medicine, and developing stronger long-term relationships with his patients.
Membership includes the annual MDVIP Wellness Program, which incorporates comprehensive screenings and diagnostic testing beyond what is typically included in a standard physical. Dr. Alm uses these results to help identify potential health risks and develop an individualized wellness plan.
Additional benefits of joining Dr. Alm's practice through MDVIP include same- or next-day appointments, longer visits, after-hours and weekend phone availability for urgent needs, travel assistance, and access to the broader MDVIP network.
Insurance & MDVIP Membership
MDVIP membership does not replace your health insurance.
Most MDVIP-affiliated practices continue to bill insurance or Medicare for covered medical services such as sick visits and follow-up care. Patients remain responsible for applicable copays, coinsurance, and deductibles.
The annual MDVIP membership fee covers the Wellness Program and preventive services that are generally not covered by traditional health insurance. Because insurance participation can vary, please contact Alm Family Practice directly to confirm coverage for your specific plan.
